After scheduling your video shoot, one of our experienced videographers will meet you on location for your individual shoot.  The process varies from 45 minutes to 2 or 3 hours, depending on the size of the house or property. 

Our basic package includes background music while covering the key features you specify.  Several upgrade choices are available, such as a scripted narration, or the option of appearing in your video as a tour guide.  Once your taping session is complete, our production team will create your video tour.  Your tour is available on our website for the life of the listing at no additional charge.
